Job Summary
Works under minimal supervision to plan, organize, and deliver tailored English language instruction to international students, postdoctoral scholars, and immigrant employees in a classroom and social settings. Focuses on developing reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills while promoting cultural integration in a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
- Education Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Education, Personnel Management, or related field
- Experience 3 years of experience in development and use of training methods, techniques, and materials May consider additional years of related experience in lieu of degree.
- Plans, organizes, administers, conducts, and coordinates in-service training and educational programs.
- Confers with management and line supervision to determine need and scope of training programs.
- Develops curriculum and lesson plans or other appropriate methods of presentation.
- Conducts training sessions, organizes lectures, and prepares training manuals and materials, visual aides such as slides and films, and other training implements.
- Maintains records of training activities, and evaluates applicability and effectiveness of programs.
- Recommends policies and procedures relating to training activities.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
