Job Details
Provide leadership and coordination for district assessment programs, intervention systems, accountability initiatives, and instructional support services. Utilize student performance data to improve instructional outcomes, coordinate state and local assessment programs, support campus intervention efforts, and assist with implementation of district accountability measures, CCMR initiatives, and Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) requirements.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree/Valid Texas Teaching Certificate
5 Years Successful Teaching Experience with at least 2 years teaching in a subject/grade level assessed for STAAR/STAAR 2.0 (Required)
Master’s Degree (Preferred)
Previous Instructional Coach, Interventionist, or Coordinator experience (Preferred)

Program Management and Accountability
- Support the development, implementation, and evaluation of district academic improvement initiatives.
- Analyze district assessment data to identify trends and support continuous improvement efforts.
- Assist district and campus leaders in utilizing data to improve student achievement and instructional effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain district assessment calendars and testing schedules.
- Assist with district accountability initiatives, reporting requirements, and performance monitoring.
- Coordinate district assessment programs including STAAR, End-of-Course assessments, MAP Growth, benchmark assessments, universal screeners, Fontas & Pinnell, Circle assessments, and other local assessments.
- Develop and deliver training for campus testing personnel and test administrators.
- Ensure compliance with state and local testing procedures, security requirements, timelines, and reporting expectations.
- Maintain testing records, testing materials, accommodations documentation, and assessment data integrity.
- Assist secondary campus administration with testing coordination duties, including roster management, accommodation verification, reporting, and test preparation.
- Coordinate district administration of SAT, PSAT, ACT, TSI, and ASVAB assessments.
- Complete pre-administration activities, testing logistics, proctoring responsibilities, and post-assessment reporting for post-secondary assessments.
- Assist with tracking College, Career, and Military Readiness (CCMR) indicators and graduation requirements.
- Coordinate score reporting and transcript documentation in student information systems.
- Support planning and implementation of Individual Graduation Committee (IGC) meetings, including scheduling, parent communication, documentation, and reporting requirements.
- Assist with implementation and management of the Teacher Incentive Allotment program.
- Assist with development and revision of district TIA handbooks, procedures, student growth measures, and performance targets.
- Coordinate district intervention systems and support implementation of WIN (What I Need) intervention structures.
- Analyze assessment data and create intervention groups for students requiring additional academic support.
- Develop and maintain WIN schedules and intervention group assignments for district.
- Provide direct intervention instruction for identified elementary students, particularly in ELAR and literacy support programs.
- Facilitate professional learning opportunities based on the identified needs of teachers and staff, specifically focusing on assessment practices, intervention strategies, and data analysis.
- Support district Response to Intervention (RTI) and Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) processes.
- Assist campuses with intervention documentation, data collection, and progress monitoring.
- Collaborate with district and campus leaders to support curriculum alignment and instructional planning.
- Assist with development of district common assessments and instructional resources as assigned.
- Facilitate professional learning opportunities related to assessment practices, intervention strategies, and data analysis.
- Participate in Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) and New Teacher Academy activities.
- Assist with recruitment activities, including job fairs and educator outreach events.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Teaching, Learning, and Accountability.
