What You'll Do
You'll play a key role in attracting exceptional talent by:
- Building relationships with candidates through networking, community outreach, and recruiting events
- Developing creative strategies to attract diverse and multilingual candidates
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including posting positions, sourcing candidates, and screening applicants, scheduling interviews and maintaining communication throughout the hiring process
- Managing and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) by creating and updating job postings, tracking candidate activity, and ensuring data integrity
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and identify top talent
- Representing NAFI CT at job fairs, colleges, universities, and community events
- Creating engaging recruiting marketing materials and social media content to strengthen NAFI CT’s employer brand
- Monitoring recruiting metrics and recommending process improvements to enhance the candidate experience and hiring outcomes.
- Serving as a positive ambassador the NAFI CT ensuring every candidate has a processional and welcoming experience from the first contact through onboarding
What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone who is:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
- Bachelor's degree preferred / 1-2 years' experience
- An excellent communicator who enjoys building relationships
- Organized, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable networking in the community and representing our organization
- Experienced in recruiting, talent acquisition, community outreach, marketing, or a related field
- Familiar with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technology

Salary: $60,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience.
