Our Functional Family Therapy Therapeutic Case Management/Kinship (FFT-TCM) program is looking for a motivated Clinician to provide in-home family therapy services to children and adolescents placed in both DCYF licensed kinship homes throughout Rhode Island. This position offers a high level of clinical training, consultation, and supervision to support quality services focused on reunification, permanency, reducing placement disruptions, and strengthening collaboration with kinship caregivers, and biological families.

Responsibilities Include:
- Meet with children placed in DCYF licensed kinship homes throughout Rhode Island Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address each child's unique strengths and needs
- Build strong, trusting relationships with foster, kinship, and biological families to support permanency goals
- Conduct assessments, crisis intervention, and home-based therapeutic sessions
- Participate in weekly FFT consultation and supervision
- Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic and effective care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services
- Participate in shared on-call rotation
