Overview:
The NAFI NY Family Wraparound Program is a traditional prevention services program focused on helping children and families through community supports, early intervention, home-based services, and post-placement reintegration for youth adopted or transitioning out of residential or foster care placements.
All referrals are identified as at risk of foster care placement. This role requires local travel for case-related tasks, staff meetings, and trainings, including visits to other NAFI NY office locations. We are currently exploring candidates for our Family Wraparound Program!
As a Preventive Supervisor you would be responsible for overseeing all clinical, case management, and daily operations of the Orange County Family Wraparound Program. This includes intake, counseling, service/discharge planning, staff supervision, fiscal oversight, documentation, and community outreach.
Responsibilities Include:
- Provide program oversight of casework and clinical services
- Supervise intake, service planning, and discharge processes
- Manage program staff and coordinate professional development
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation and reporting
- Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders
- Support program strategy and planning with leadership
- Travel throughout Orange County and periodically to Westchester and other locations

Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in human services or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar supervisory or leadership role
- Familiarity with NY State Child Welfare system and Orange County DSS
- Experience working with diverse, underrepresented communities
- Knowledge of NYS Connections system a plus
- Valid driver's license and access to personal vehicle required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates strongly encouraged to apply

Salary: $65,000.00 / per year
