In this role, you’ll support the Finance Organization and gain hands-on experience with cutting edge automation technologies to deliver automated solutions leveraging GenAI. This hands-on experience will expose you to real-world finance automation projects, from invoice processing and reconciliation workflows to complex financial reporting and analysis procedures. You don’t need to know everything on day one — we’ll help you build the skills, confidence, and network to grow your career. What You’ll Do Support Intelligent Automation team with day-to-day tasks and contribute to ongoing initiatives. Learn how to design, develop, and deploy end-to-end automation solutions. Deliver AI-based solutions that enhance decision making and drive operational efficiency Develop and implement components of Generative AI solutions and traditional automations, ensuring quality, performance, and reliability. Collaborate with teammates across different functions and regions. Bring your ideas and curiosity to problem-solving and project work. Develop your technical and professional skills through training and mentorship. What You’ll Bring Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Mathematics or related field with coursework in data analysis, process improvement, or technology applications. Eagerness to learn, ask questions, and take on new challenges. Ability to work well with others and contribute to a team environment. Good communication and organizational skills. Curiosity about technology, finance, and global markets. Basic skills in Excel, SQL or database querying, and familiarity with at least one programming language (Python, VBA, or similar) or demonstrated interest in automation technologies and process optimization. Nice-to-Have Internship or project experience related to Intelligent Automation, Process Improvement or similar field Involvement in student organizations, volunteering, or leadership roles. Familiarity with Generative AI concepts, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and their applications, RAG, vectorization, etc. Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA), programming languages, web-scraping and LLM fine-tuning. This position will be located in New York City and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
