Overview
We are seeking a professional, well-mannered, well-dressed, friendly and organized receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
Responsibilities
- Greet, welcome and direct clients in a professional manner.
- Answer questions, take appointments and manage incoming calls.
- Maintain an organized reception area and ensure it is presentable at all times.
- Schedule and manage appointments efficiently.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry.
- Check out and take payments from clients.
- Maintain, educate and encourage client's interests in salon's services and retail.
- Assist with salon duties as needed.
Skills
- Proficient in phone systems and office equipment.
- Computer literacy.
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills for calendar management and administrative duties
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Exceptional customer service skills to create a welcoming environment.
