Job 19047: Litigation Paralegal
Well-established, midsized law firm is seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal to join its downtown Manhattan office.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with:
• 2 years of litigation paralegal experience
• Bachelor's degree, Paralegal Certificate, or equivalent experience, required
• Trial preparation and exhibit management experience
• Experience with eDiscovery platforms, LexisNexis and Westlaw
• Experience preparing litigation document for electronic court filing
• Strong legal research, cite-checking and document management skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
• Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with attorneys, clients and court personnel
Additional Information:
• Salary: $75K - $100K commensurate with experience healthcare, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term disability, flexible spending account, 401K plan, commuter benefit program, generous vacation/personal/sick days, gym membership and more!
• Overtime flexibility, as needed
• Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM (flexible)
• Hybrid schedule: 2-3 days/week in office as needed
