National law firm is hiring a Litigation Legal Assistant to join its midtown Manhattan team.
The ideal candidate is a supportive and energetic professional with:
- 5 years of commercial litigation administrative/secretarial support experience
- Large law firm experience, highly desired
- Billing software experience, a plus
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong multi-tasking skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to attorneys including calendar management, travel arrangements, timekeeping/billing assistance, etc.
- Open new matters, perform conflict checks, and maintain client files
- Respond to inquiries from clients and opposing counsel
- Prepare and format litigation documents including TOC/TOA
- eFile in State and Federal Courts
- Assist with additional tasks, as needed
Additional information:
- Salary: $90K - $110K commensurate with experience annual discretionary bonus

Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
