The Law Offices of Naderpour & Associates, P.A. (N&A) specializes in debt collection litigation, representing creditors in various matters throughout all phases of litigation, including trial and post-judgment recovery. N&A is headquartered in Pompano Beach, Florida.
We are seeking a collector to handle outbound and inbound calls in a professional manner, negotiate, and arrange payment solutions with consumers; maintain accurate records of all interactions, agreements, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. Salary commensurate with experience. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Qualifications:
- Previous collections experience and knowledge of the FDCPA is a must
- Associate's degree or higher-level degree in a related field.
- Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and court rules.
- Excellent research, writing, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in legal software and document management systems.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work managing high volume case related deadlines
