What You'll Do
- Pick products from warehouse inventory based on customer orders
- Use scanners, carts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to locate and move products
- Verify orders to ensure the correct products and quantities are selected
- Pack products securely and prepare orders for shipment
- Label packages with accurate shipping and delivery information
- Coordinate with the shipping team to help ensure orders are processed and shipped on time
- Update order and inventory systems with accurate order status and inventory information
- Identify and communicate missing products, incorrect quantities, damaged items, or other order discrepancies
- Help resolve fulfillment issues to keep orders moving efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow established procedures for safety, quality, and customer service
- Work collaboratively with other warehouse team members to meet daily productivity and fulfillment goals

- Familiarity with inventory management systems or shipping software is a plus
