Sr. Equity Processing Manager — Nada
Location: Dallas, TX (On-site, 5 days a week)
Salary: $85,000 annually - OTE $105,000- $125,000 per year, w/ attainment of typical eligible volume
Reports to: Head of Revenue

What You’ll Do
- Lead a team that processes Home Equity Agreements (HEA) and related products from file setup through funding, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Review and validate application data, income, assets, credit, property information, and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with Equity Specialists (MLOs), underwriters, title companies, and third-party partners to clear conditions and move files efficiently through the pipeline.
- Order, track, and review third-party services (title, VOE/VOI, VOE, HOA, insurance, payoff statements, etc.) and resolve any discrepancies.
- Prepare and verify disclosures and closing packages in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Maintain detailed, organized file notes and status updates within Nada’s LOS/CRM and digital platforms while providing leadership and coaching to others.
- Communicate proactively with clients and partners to provide status updates, manage expectations, and deliver a best-in-class experience. Deliver monthly 1:1 reviews with team members.
- Identify bottlenecks or process issues and collaborate with leadership to improve workflows, SLAs, and quality standards. This is your seat at the table.
What You Bring
- 5 years of recent experience as a mortgage processor, loan coordinator, or similar role (HELOC and non-agency experience a plus).
- 3 years of leading people in the processing space
- Strong understanding of mortgage documentation, title/escrow processes, and regulatory requirements.
- High attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage a fast-moving pipeline.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Comfortable working on-site in a fast-paced, startup environment and collaborating across teams.
- Proficiency with mortgage LOS, CRM systems, and digital productivity tools (experience with fintech / non-traditional products is a plus).
