Summary Of Position
Responsible for assisting Child Life Specialists with inpatient planning, implementing, and evaluating activities and interactions for the playroom and at the bedside to foster normal development, meet emotional needs, facilitate peer interactions and socialization, promote normalization of the healthcare environment, and provide attention diversion. Also responsible for promoting a family-centered care environment, observing response of children and families and reporting observations to Child Life Specialists.

Minimum Qualification(s)
- Associates Degree in child development, education, or a job related field or 2 years job related experience required.
- Six (6) months experience working with children required.
- Good computer skills preferred (PowerPoint, PowerChart, Word, Excel, basic digital photography).
