Pipe, Tanks & Mechanical Insulation — Industrial Plants
Experienced Industrial Insulators Only — This is NOT residential insulation work.
A growing industrial contractor is looking for an experienced Industrial Insulation Foreman & or Lead Mechanic to help build and lead an industrial insulation crew working in ethanol plants and other industrial/process facilities throughout the Midwest.
We are looking for someone who knows trade - someone who can lay out a job, lead a crew, and work alongside the crew when needed.
EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Candidates should have hands-on experience with:
- Industrial / mechanical pipe insulation
- Tanks, vessels, and process equipment
- Fiberglass and mineral wool insulation
- PVC jacketing
- Aluminum and stainless-steel jacketing
- Fittings, elbows, tees, valves, and flanges
- Measuring, cutting, and fitting insulation
- Reading drawings and laying out insulation work
- Leading and training industrial insulation crews
Experience in ethanol plants, refineries, chemical plants, food-processing plants, power plants, mills, or similar industrial facilities is highly preferred.

IMPORTANT
This position requires travel throughout the Midwest to industrial facilities.
We are specifically looking for candidates with industrial/mechanical insulation experience. Residential attic, spray foam, batt insulation, or residential weatherization alone does not meet the requirements for this position.

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
