Position Summary

Filling food transfer requisitions to be delivered to the Nacho Daddy locations. Making sure of proper labeling, temperature controls and safe handling of food and beverage.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities are as follows: Being fully aware of safety and sanitation to maintain a clean and stocked prep/kitchen area and equipment following all health and safety guidelines. Maintaining a clean and maintained delivery vehicle. Making sure the vehicle is in every aspect in working order. Properly staging and checking orders for accuracy. Making deliveries to the stores in an expeditious manner to better utilize time spent in making deliveries. Having clear communication with store management on product, delivery times and any shorts. Having all delivery forms monitored and signed off by a location manager to insure proper delivery of items. Maintaining proper food temperatures and food safety.

Job Requirements

• Must have a current Food Handlers Safety Card or equivalent based on region.
• Ability to perform quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced work environment
• Must be able to present a clean DMV driving record
• Must be able to lift 40-50 pounds
• Must be able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and FOH management
• Ability to climb, reach, lift, bend, stoop, and frequently lift at least 50 pounds
• Must have a valid NV drivers license and recent DMV drivers print out.
• Compliance to any reasonable request by management
• Must be at least 21 years of age
