What are the responsibilities and job description for the Packer/Empacadores position at NAC FOODS?
NAC Foods is a growing New Jersey-based manufacturer and distributor of spices, herbs, dried chiles, and pantry products. We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented Packers to join our production team.
This role is essential to ensuring our products are packed accurately, safely, and efficiently for delivery to retail stores.
Responsibilities:
- Pack spices, herbs, and food products into bottles and bags
- Label products accurately and neatly
- Assemble boxes
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow food safety and quality standards
Requirements:
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 30–40 lbs
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Punctual and dependable
- Team player with a positive attitude
Work Environment:
- Fast-paced food production facility
- Team-oriented environment
- Hands-on work (not a desk job)
Schedule:
Monday – Friday 7:30 am to 4 pm (some overtime including Saturdays if needed available)
Candidate can stop in for an application 9:00 am to 5 pm. Monday thru Friday
Pay: $15.92 - $16.00 per hour
