- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely and correct delivery.
- Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and sanitation.
- Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Assist with food handling, food preparation support, bussing tables, and maintaining sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations.
- Use tools like OpenTable for reservations management and coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy nights or nightclub events.
- Previous restaurant experience in food service or hospitality roles is highly preferred.
