• Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, providing detailed descriptions of dishes and specials.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely and correct delivery.
• Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and sanitation.
• Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Assist with food handling, food preparation support, bussing tables, and maintaining sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations.
• Use tools like OpenTable for reservations management and coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy nights or nightclub events.

• Previous restaurant experience in food service or hospitality roles is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build guest rapport.
• Experience in fine dining settings or nightclub environments is advantageous.
• Ability to manage time efficiently during high-volume service periods while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and order accuracy are essential.
• Culinary experience or kitchen background can be beneficial but is not required; enthusiasm for learning is appreciated.
