Strategic Sourcing & Procurement
- Source materials and services that support customer commitments, operational requirements, and business objectives.
- Evaluate suppliers and negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms to maximize value and optimize total cost of ownership (TCO).
- Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and supply continuity.
- Monitor market conditions and supplier performance to identify risks, opportunities, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Review and analyze purchase requisitions to validate specifications, quantities, pricing, and delivery requirements.
- Create, manage, and track purchase orders through fulfillment, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
- Resolve purchase order, invoicing, and supplier-related issues to minimize operational disruptions.
- Expedite critical orders and proactively address supply challenges impacting customer or business needs.
- Collaborate with operations, logistics, sales, and field teams to support customer requirements and project timelines.
- Partner with freight forwarders and logistics providers to coordinate shipments and ensure efficient material movement.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by providing procurement expertise, supply chain insights, and recommendations.
- Contribute to supply chain initiatives that improve cost, efficiency, supplier performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Support the implementation of procurement policies, processes, and best practices.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Experience working with ERP, purchasing, or supply chain management systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and drive results with minimal supervision.
- Experience supporting technology, hardware, manufacturing, or distribution environments.
- Knowledge of freight management, logistics operations, and global supply chain processes.
