The Office Administrator provides day-to-day administrative and operational support for Nabors Alaska Drilling. This role helps keep the Anchorage office organized, responsive, and running efficiently by coordinating office services, records, communications, meetings, travel, purchasing support, and routine employee administration.
The Office Administrator works closely with Human Resources, Operations, HSE, Training, Payroll, IT, Finance, field leadership, vendors, and employees. The position requires strong follow-through, sound judgment, confidentiality, and the ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment supporting remote field operations.
Location: Anchorage office, on-site. Remote or hybrid work is not anticipated.
Travel: Occasional local travel may be required. Periodic travel to Alaska field locations may be requested based on business needs.
