About the Role
The Cash Operations Associate is an essential team member supporting the Cash Operations and Accounts Receivable teams by reviewing daily payments and ensuring adherence to internal procedures and policies.
Responsibilities
- Inbound all cash receipts
- Process, verify, and reconcile inbound and outbound currency transactions
- Complete data entry for all currency transactions
- Prepare outbound currency orders and replenishments
- Count, verify, and report currency inventory daily
- Perform routine preventative maintenance of cash machinery
- All other essential and assigned job functions
- Adhere to SLA performance and contract requirements
- Ensure activities are performed in compliance with company policies and procedures as well as state and federal laws and regulations
Qualifications
- Data entry skills
- Cash handling experience
- Customer Service experience
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
- Previous cash processing, cashier, banker teller or professional accounting experience
- Exceptional communication and customer relation skills
- Outstanding problem-solving and time management skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs., bend, stretch, and twist
- Must be over the age of 21
- 1 year of customer service, sales, or account management experience is strongly preferred
