**Jr Sous Chef - AM HOURS**

Nabila's is a Lebanese restaurant that pays homage to my mother & grandmother’s cooking – the kind of food only found in a Beirut home. In our first year open, we received a 2-star NY Times review, multiple accolades, and continue to be consistently busy in our 5th year operating.
We are a tight partnership that takes pride in our cuisine, commitment to excellence, and community ties. We have a healthy, positive, and respectful environment for all. We want a long-term Jr Sous Chef who shares our values and wants to grow with our tight crew.
What we’re looking for
- High standards, attention to detail, strong work ethic
- At least 2 years of NYC restaurant experience
- Committed to high kitchen safety and cleanliness standards
- Communication and organizational skills
- DOH food handler’s certificate
- Nice person
Extra Credit if you…
- Have experience with Lebanese or other Middle Eastern cuisines
- Are a very nice person
Compensation & Benefits
- $65,000-70,000 salary to start
- Strong growth potential - role (Sous Chef) and compensation
- Attractive AM schedule. 45 hours per week, Weds-Sunday
- Qualify for healthcare benefits & bonuses
