*Please note this is an unpaid role and students must be receiving school credit*


As a Editorial Production Intern, you will assist NABI’s executive team in ensuring production for the Fall/Winter 2026 Issue runs smoothly. Responsibilities include but are not limited to managing schedules and bookings, crafting concept decks and call sheets and assisting on-set . You will work closely alongside the Editor-in-Chief and editorial team to create content that is representative of the brand’s identity and overall message.


Responsibilities

• Create detailed concept decks and call sheets.

• Complete garment pick-ups and drop-offs

• Act as a point of contact for contributors.

• Assist on-set with tasks such as styling, organizing props, running craft services, steaming/garment prep, setting up seamlesses/lights, etc.

• Ability to be flexible when needed, take initiative, and demonstrate accountability.


Requirements:

•Must be flexible to work on weekends for shoot days (not every weekend).

Currently pursuing a degree in Fashion Design, journalism, Fabric Styling or related area.

• Minimum GPA: 3.0

• Organized, with strong attention to detail and dedication to professional quality.

• Strong oral and written communication skills demonstrating ability to share and impart knowledge.

• Prior experience on photoshoots preferred.

• Ability to lift upwards of 25 lbs.
