Job Description:
This position will support an active implementation that is currently in the testing phase. Most design and key decisions are already completed; however, a few important items still need to be finalized.
Role Responsibilities:
Lead the Workforce Compensation workstream during the testing phase
Support and resolve remaining open design and configuration items
Coordinate and guide testing activities, including defect tracking and resolution
Act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and the technical team
Lead and collaborate with onshore and offshore client team members
Ensure deliverables are completed on time and aligned with business needs
Provide clear status updates and communicate risks or issues effectively
