The base salary for this position is expected to be between $122K and $200K per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and company- sponsored benefit programs.
This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance and market factors

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Client Service Executive to join our Investments Management team. Located in Everett, MA or New York, NY this role is ideal for an experienced client service leader with a strong track record managing complex institutional custody relationships.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Serve as a senior point of contact to major clients on complex service issues and assist in developing strategy to deliver world-class client service across products or platforms.
- Collaborate with clients and influence internal stakeholders to align client needs with BNY's commercial strategy.
- Proactively partner with Client Service Data, Insights & Analytics to improve service by identifying trends, themes, and opportunities.
- Drive and manage end-to-end client service delivery model for Major clients, including participation in developing strategy to align client needs and monitor client satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required; MBA preferred.
- 7-10 years of total work experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred.
- Experience resolving moderately complex client issues across products or platforms and managing cross-functional internal partnerships.
- Proven ability to influence and drive outcomes through collaboration with key business partners.
