Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead data management projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agile methodologies, hands-on experience guiding Data teams, and the ability to manage project delivery from planning through execution. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or Agile Project Manager leading data management teams.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe) and experience facilitating agile ceremonies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage project plans, track milestones, and report on project status to various stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, Microsoft Teams).
- Ability to identify and escalate risks or issues that may impact project delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Preferred Qualifications
- Agile or Scrum certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, PMI-ACP).
- Experience working in enterprise-scale Data environments.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
