Position Overview:
The N2 Aesthetics Clinic Manager-Malibu will play a pivotal role in the success of N2 Aesthetics. This position serves as both the warm, sophisticated face of the clinic and the operational heartbeat that ensures every detail of the patient journey runs seamlessly.
You will lead with hospitality, oversee daily clinic operations, and uphold N2’s uncompromising standards of care and presentation. Partnering closely with providers and leadership, you will create a patient experience that feels both luxurious and deeply personal, where science and artistry meet to deliver results that transform our patients lives.
This hybrid role combines guest experience, operational leadership, and brand stewardship, ensuring that every element, from scheduling to space presentation, reflects the excellence of the N2 brand.

Key Responsibilities
Patient Experience & Hospitality
- Serve as the primary ambassador for the N2 brand, delivering white-glove service to every patient.
- Oversee all front-desk operations, including phones, scheduling, and patient communications.
- Maintain a warm, polished, and professional atmosphere throughout the patient journey.
- Anticipate and resolve patient needs quickly and gracefully, ensuring an exceptional experience from start to finish.
Operational Leadership
- Lead and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the clinic to ensure efficiency and flow between patients, providers, and leadership.
- Manage schedules, team coordination, and workflow to support optimal clinic performance.
- Support training, performance alignment, and communication of leadership updates.
- Oversee inventory, supply management, and vendor coordination to maintain readiness and presentation standards.
- Ensure all procedures align with compliance, safety, and medical standards.
Administrative & Business Support
- Support leadership with reporting, payroll coordination, and system implementation.
- Assist with financial accuracy, including payment collection, reconciliations, and sales reporting.
- Identify and execute process improvements that enhance both patient and staff experiences.
Brand & Culture Stewardship
- Maintain the physical space to the highest brand standards. Every detail counts.
- Partner with leadership on marketing initiatives, community outreach, and special events.
