We’re launching a Swedish-grade nicotine pouch brand in the US, starting with Las Vegas, NV and Miami, Florida as our flagship markets. Our team blends Scandinavian product expertise with Las Vegas/Miami hospitality, MMA and nightlife DNA, and deep CPG experience. We’re building a brand for adults who choose their habits on purpose—not by accident.
We’re early, funded, and serious. This is not a “spray and pray” flavor drop. It’s a disciplined, performance-driven rollout aimed at capturing meaningful share of a fast-growing category.
The Role
We’re hiring our first two dedicated sales leaders to stand up and own the Florida and Nevada markets.
This is a player-coach role from Day 1: you will personally open doors, ride with distributors, build relationships with key accounts, and then turn that playbook into a small but lethal sales team.
You’ll work directly with the founders and our manufacturing/distribution partner to turn N1CE from a launch deck into real-world distribution and velocity.
What You’ll Do
Own the Florida & Nevada build-out
- Map and prioritize the Miami–Fort Lauderdale and Las Vegas, NV corridors: high-value c-stores, gas, smoke/vape, and hospitality accounts.
- Personally prospect, pitch, and close our first 300–600 doors in Florida and Nevada.
- Be in the field 3–4 days/week: ride-alongs, shelf checks, staff training, resets, and relationship building.
Stand up distribution
- Work with our partner to select and onboard 2–3 Florida and Nevada focused wholesalers in the first phase.
- Manage day-to-day distributor relationships: pricing, promotions, inventory, and sales contests.
- Help prepare data and stories for larger national distributors and chain buyers as we scale.
Build the playbook
- Design and refine our sales routes, door-scoring criteria, and launch packages (free goods, guaranteed sale programs, etc.).
- Collaborate with marketing and ambassadors to align store launches, events, and DTC trials in specific ZIP codes.
- Turn what you learn in Las Vegas and Miami into repeatable processes for other markets.
Lead, then build a team
- Start as a hands-on seller; as we scale, help recruit, train, and manage 2–4 Territory Sales Reps in Florida and Nevada.
- Provide clear goals, clean reporting, and honest feedback upwards—no spin, just signal.
Be our eyes and ears
- Feed store-level and consumer insights back into product, pricing, and marketing.
- Track and report on KPIs: active doors, cans per store per week, promotion performance, and distributor health.
What Success Looks Like (First 12 Months)
- N1CE is available in 400–600 active doors across the greater Miami–Fort Lauderdale and Las Vegas corridors.
- We have 2–3 engaged wholesalers in Florida and Nevada who view N1CE as a growth brand worth pushing.
- Top stores hit strong weekly velocities and are asking for more facings, not less.
- You’ve documented a Florida/Nevada playbook (who to target, how to win, what to avoid) and are ready to help replicate it in the next markets.
You’re a Good Fit If…
- You’re 21 and have 3–7 years of field sales experience in nicotine/tobacco, energy drinks, RTDs, or similar c-store/impulse categories.
- You’ve sold into c-stores and smoke/vape before—ideally in Florida/Nevada—and know the difference between a nice conversation and a real PO.
- You’re more “boots on the ground” than “PowerPoint in the office.” You like riding routes, not just reading reports.
- You’re comfortable operating in a regulated adult category and understand the need to stay on the right side of compliance at all times.
- You think in systems and numbers: routes, doors, CSPW, margins, and promo ROI—not just “it feels good.”
- You’ve either managed reps before or feel ready to step into a player-coach role.
- You’re excited by the idea of being a founding team member, not employee #247.
Requirements
- Based in Miami or Las Vegas.
- 3–7 years of relevant sales experience in CPG, ideally with c-store / tobacco / nicotine / beverage accounts.
- Proven track record of opening and growing independent accounts and working with wholesalers.
- Strong Excel/Sheets and CRM discipline—you can keep your pipeline and territory clean.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel across Florida/Nevada as needed.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US and 21 years or older.
Nice to Have
- Existing relationships with Florida/Nevada wholesalers and c-store chains.
- Experience launching or scaling a new brand (not just inheriting a big logo).
- Familiarity with modern oral nicotine or adjacent nicotine products.
- Comfort collaborating with marketing/ambassador teams around events, sampling, and DTC codes.
