Responsibilities
- Lead engaging soccer practices and games for children of various skill levels on scheduled days
- Develop age-appropriate training drills that promote fundamental soccer skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship
- Foster a positive environment by encouraging good behavior, discipline, and respect among participants
- Monitor safety during all activities, ensuring proper use of equipment and adherence to safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress and participation
- Incorporate other physical activities such as cheerleading, climbing, or martial arts to enhance overall fitness and coordination
- Maintain organized records of attendance, progress notes, and any incidents during sessions

OFF May 23rd
Teams:
- Ages 5–7
- Ages 8–10
Practice Schedule:
- Ages 5–7: Mondays, 6:30–7:30 PM
- Ages 8–10: Tuesdays, 6:30–7:30 PM
Game Schedule: Saturdays
- Ages 5–7: 9:00 AM or 10:00 AM
- Ages 8–10: 11:00 AM
Location: Good Shepherd Presbyterian Church 1400 Killian Hill Rd Lilburn, GA
Pay:
- $17 per practice
- $17 per game
- Paid same day (every Saturday) via Zelle
- Games are 45 minutes long

Qualifications
- Prior experience in sports coaching or teaching physical education is highly desirable
- Background in childcare or working with children in educational or recreational settings
- Knowledge of various sports including soccer, basketball, cheerleading, karate, judo or martial arts is a plus
- Lifeguard experience or familiarity with swimming safety can be beneficial for integrated programs
- Strong behavior management skills to motivate children and maintain a positive environment
- Ability to lead energetic sessions while ensuring safety and inclusivity for all participants
- Certifications related to sports coaching, first aid or child development are advantageous but not required
