Duties
- Provide supervision and mentorship to licensed clinicians, ensuring adherence to best practices and ethical standards
- Oversee the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for clients across diverse populations
- Facilitate ongoing training in specialized areas such as art therapy, psychopharmacology, and gender issues counseling to enhance clinical skills
- Monitor clinical documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with licensing requirements
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and optimize treatment outcomes
- Lead case reviews, clinical audits, and quality assurance initiatives to uphold service excellence
- Support clinicians in managing complex cases and navigating challenging client situations with confidence
Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related mental health field
- Valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or equivalent
- Proven experience in clinical supervision within a mental health setting
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices including art therapy techniques and psychopharmacology principles
- Expertise in addressing gender issues counseling with sensitivity and cultural competence
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively
