Job Summary

Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using Aloha TOAST systems.
- Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience.
- Serve food and beverages in accordance with restaurant standards, ensuring proper presentation.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables as needed.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure guest health and safety.
- Process payments accurately through cash handling and basic math skills.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the food service industry, preferably in fine dining or nightclub settings.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
- Familiarity with OpenTable reservation system is a plus.
- Ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of culinary practices, food handling, and sanitation standards.
- Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

Pay: $21.77 - $26.21 per year
