What You'll Do as an Entry Level Wireless Associate
- Introduce customers to AT&T Fiber products, services, and available promotions
- Learn about each customer's needs and recommend sales solutions that best fit their lifestyle
- Educate customers on service features, pricing, and available options
- Assist customers through the enrollment, account setup, activation, and ongoing support process
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support during every interaction
- Stay current on AT&T Fiber products, sales offers, and campaign updates

What We're Looking For in an Entry Level Wireless Associate
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for sales and support roles
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in sales
- Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable working in a customer-focused, support-driven environment
