Client Relations Associate Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for current and new clients, building strong, lasting relationships
- Collaborate with the sales team and other Client Relations Associates to identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts, aimed at driving sales
- Directly present and promote our products and services based on client needs and goals while providing excellent customer service
- Attend regular team meetings and training sessions with other Client Relations Associates to build skills and advance your career
- Resolve client concerns with professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset, ensuring client satisfaction
- Track client interactions, sales activities, and progress to monitor company growth and success
- Lead other Client Relations Associates in improving sales tactics and customer service skills, working towards a leadership position
