What You'll Do as an AT&T Associate
- Represent AT&T Fiber and wireless products and services with professionalism and confidence
- Build meaningful relationships with new and existing customers through personalized interactions
- Educate customers on available wireless services, features, promotions, and pricing
- Listen to customer needs and recommend sales solutions that best fit their lifestyle
- Guide customers through enrollment, account setup, and service activation
- Maintain accurate customer records while ensuring a smooth customer experience
- Collaborate with teammates to achieve individual sales goals and contribute to overall team success
What We're Looking For in an AT&T Associate
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree is a plus
