We have an excellent opportunity for a full-time Delivery Driver currently based in our Lebanon, TN.The Delivery Driver will be responsible for the delivery and rotation of product to our In-N-Out Burger restaurant locations.
About Our Fleet:
- 389 Peterbilt Classic Day Cabs
- Quiet Reefer (Carrier brand)
- Manual
- Great Dane trailer with lift gates and pallet jack
- Side door off loading - Reefer
General Responsibilities
- Operate company truck to provide daily deliveries to In-N-Out Burger restaurants located in Phoenix
- Be responsible for the delivery and rotation of product
- Ensure that our customers receive only the freshest, highest quality ingredients
- Operate an electric pallet jack, forklift, lift gates, hand trucks, dolly
- Move large product racks
- Establish and maintain excellent customer service relationships
- Complete some warehouse duties such as loading/unloading trucks, and order pulling for the store deliveries
- Perform all duties with pride, Work well in an atmosphere of teamwork and cooperation
Work Schedule Benefits
- Full-time, Hourly, Non-Exempt
- Start time: Overnights (10-hour shifts)
- Four (4) nights per week; Rotating Schedule
- Weekend and holiday availability required; Overtime as needed

- Pay: $39.00 per hour
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- A minimum of two (2) years’ experience as a CDL holder delivery driver (required)
- A minimum of two (2) years’ experience Food Service delivery, restaurant or beverage delivery experience (Highly preferred)
- Valid Class A driver’s license (required)
- Smith System certified driver (preferred)
- Ability to lift 60-75 lbs. on a continuous basis
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels of management
- Strong initiative: Ability to work independently and follow through safely and accurately on assignments with minimal supervision
- Must be able pass a company administered driving test and be able to properly operate a 10-speed and 13-speed transmission
- Must be able to drive a manual transmission
