Job type: Part-Time or Full-Time | Hourly — preference is to start part-time and build into full-time

License requirement: No cosmetology license required (Maryland law)

Compensation: $16.50/hour to start, plus access to tips and bonus opportunities

About N Natural Hair Studio

TWST Bar is the walk-in concept of N Natural Hair Studio — a fast-paced, high-volume natural hair salon in Maryland, part of a three-location company spanning Maryland and New York. We specialize exclusively in natural hair services and have been building careers since 2012. This is not a sink-or-swim environment. You will be supported, mentored, and given every tool you need to build a successful career.

What You Will Do

• Provide natural hair styling services to walk-in guests
• Deliver a warm, professional guest experience from start to finish
• Work alongside an experienced team in a high-volume environment
• Keep your station clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times
• Participate in monthly in-house education and team development
