Responsibilities
- Conduct night audits by verifying all revenue transactions and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a pleasant stay.
- Manage phone systems effectively, handling incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Process check-ins and check-outs for guests, ensuring all necessary information is collected and recorded accurately.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively.
- Prepare daily reports summarizing hotel operations and financial performance for management review.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and address any operational challenges.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization in the front desk area.
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality management is preferred.
- Familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and handling multiple calls efficiently.
