Compensation
- 100% Commission-Based Independent Contractor Position (No Base Salary)

Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 Years of Freight Brokerage Experience
- Active Book of Business Required
- Currently Moving Freight
- Strong Sales and Relationship-Building Skills
- Ability to Work Independently in a Commission-Only Environment
