Title: Workday HR Consultant
Location: Krakow, Poland

Purpose:
To manage global program’s IT activities, ensuring successful implementation of HR system and following the HE IT standards in the delivery.
To safeguard the global design principles and templates.
Experience of around 10 years in HR Domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assists in the installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of internal and cross-functional processes related to IS Services.
- Acts as IT Subject Matter Expert (SME) in UKG Workforce Manager application, Kronos, WFM Time area contributing with technical expertise, capturing business process/data information needed to either support ongoing operations or develop new software.
- Collaborates with project IT Lead and Business Process Specialist to ensure high quality and best value of solution/services development, change requests and releases.
- Understands the related business processes, applies this knowledge to shape, and align IS solution/services building and delivery activities.
