The ideal candidate will drive organizational change strategies and lead training implementation to ensure successful adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies.Key Responsibilities:Lead and execute end-to-end change management strategies for business and technology transformationsDesign and implement training programs to support organizational change initiativesConduct impact assessments and stakeholder analysisDevelop communication plans to ensure effective engagement across all levelsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business stakeholders, and leadershipMonitor adoption metrics and continuously improve change and training approachesFacilitate workshops, training sessions, and feedback loopsEnsure alignment with regulatory and compliance requirements within the financial sectorRequired Skills & Qualifications:10 years of experience in Change Management and Training ImplementationStrong experience in the financial services industryProven track record of delivering large-scale transformation programsExpertise in change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci)Excellent stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience designing and delivering training content and programsAbility to work onsite in Germany (Bad Homburg / Nuremberg)Fluent in English (German is a plus)Preferred Qualifications:Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci)Experience with digital transformation or system implementation projectsFamiliarity with regulatory environments in financial services
