AWS Cloud Architect – Payment SystemsLocation: Fully Onsite – Bad Homburg / Nürnberg, Germany About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced AWS Cloud Architect to design, implement, and maintain cloud architecture for payment systems. This is a fully onsite role focused on building scalable, secure, and highly available systems.ResponsibilitiesDesign, document, and implement AWS cloud architecture and routing logic for payment systems.Lead the implementation of Kubernetes-based applications and Oracle databases in AWS.Collaborate with engineering teams for smooth migration and integration.Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation.Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines using ArgoCD, Helm, and related tools.Ensure compliance with PCI-DSS and other security standards.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during migration and post-deployment.RequirementsStrong hands-on experience with AWS architecture.Experience with Kubernetes (EKS), Helm, and ArgoCD.Proficiency in Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.Experience with Oracle databases and cloud migrations.Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automation, and GitOps.Familiarity with payment systems and PCI-DSS compliance.Must be willing to work fully onsite in Bad Homburg / Nürnberg.EU/German work authorization required.Preferred CertificationsAWS Solutions Architect (Associate or Professional)Kubernetes / CKA / CKAD
