What are the responsibilities and job description for the Building/Property Maintenance position at N C Underground?
Person needed to do maintenance and construction, who is reliable for several company owned properties
Duties include:
- Ability to safely use common power and hand tools
- HVAC knowledge and repair skills
- Experience installing and replacing plumbing systems
- Strong communication skills
- Perform electrical repairs
- Ensure mechanical equipment is in working order and fixed as necessary.
- Complete general building cleaning and maintenance.
- Install and replace floors, stairs and piping as needed.
- Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings, roofs and other parts of the building
- Self-starter with good time management skills
Pay based on experience. Company paid health, dental and vision insurance, IRA w/company match, paid holidays and PTO.
