The Sales Department is seeking a Machine Sales Quoter at our Anchorage, AK branch. This position is foundational to the success of the Alaska Sales Team and has the following key responsibilities:

The Sales Department is seeking a Machine Sales Quoter at our Anchorage, AK branch. This position is foundational to the success of the Alaska Sales Team and has the following key responsibilities:
- The Machine Sales Quoter is responsible for writing new machine sales quotes for the retail sales team.
- The Machine Sales Quoter will report directly to the Regional Sales Manager
- The position will utilize iQuote for the building and maintenance of machine sales quotes along with other Texada applications.
- The role will be required to interface with and utilize respective Caterpillar systems for the purpose of correctly and accurately applying machine merchandising programs and support.
- Crisp communication skills are essential to interact effectively between all departments: Sales, Service, Parts, and Credit.
- The position will help post sale claims to Caterpillar related equipment transactions and update our database records to ensure inventory integrity.
- Assisting with our attachment ordering and inventory control.
- The Machine Sales Quoter must strive for a high level of customer satisfaction in all transactions both internal and external.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products is necessary which includes Outlook, Excel and Power Point.
- An AA Degree is preferred or 2 or more year's of related experience in a sales organization is acceptable.
