NC Behavioral Services, LLC is looking for a full-time licensed BCBA, BCaBA, RBT. Caseload will include primary children with autism (ages 3 to 12) with an occasional older teen or young adult.
Here at N.C. Behavioral Services, LLC we use a fun, naturalistic, project based approach when working on realistic goals that reduce undesired behaviors in the in-home and/or community setting specific to the needs of the individuals being serviced.

Job Duties
· Client assessments/FBA’s
· Develop positive behavior support plans
· Develop individualized parent and client goals
· Program development to support goal attainment
· Ongoing supervision and support of RBT's
· Parent training
· Collaboration with other team members and disciplines
· Data analysis
· Constant Communication with Clinical Director
· Strong documentation of Supervision and Parent Training Notes
Skills/Qualifications:
· California license as a BCBA, BCaBA, RBT, LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC
· Master’s Degree in education, psychology, counseling, applied behavior analysis, human development, social work, child development or special education
· At least 3 years experience working with clients with autism
· At least 1-2 years experience working in a supervisory or leadership role
· Experience conducting assessments: Vineland, FBA
· Must be available to work during our client’s most desirable hours (Ex. 12pm – 8pm)
· Must attend and participate in staff meetings
· Must be open to working in the clinic/office as requested
