Production Line Associate
We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Production Line Associates in our paperboard converting facility. This is a hands-on, manual labor position focused on supporting the production line by handling materials, inspecting products, and ensuring smooth workflow. No prior machine operation experience is required—just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

- Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
- OT available
- Your starting rate of pay will be disclosed on your offer letter and dependant on the position and your skill level. Direct deposit is the method of payroll.
- 32 PTO hours accrue from day 1.
- 48 hours Holiday pay eligibility immediately.
- After 1 year, you will be eligible for an additional 64 PTO hours.

Key Responsibilities:
- Load raw materials, stack, bundle, and package finished products from the line.
- Perform visual inspections to identify defects or quality issues.
- Assist with line setup, cleanup, and changeovers.
- Remove scrap or excess material and maintain a clean work area.
- Follow safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient production flow.
- Lift, carry, and move materials and products throughout the facility.
- Inspect products for quality defects and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Perform routine equipment checks and basic troubleshooting.
- Perform Q/A production data and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods (up to 50 lbs).
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Team-oriented attitude with good communication skills.
Work Environment:
- Industrial production floor with exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
- Frequent standing, lifting, and manual handling of materials.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
