Duties
- Operate various kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to prepare baked goods.
- Follow established recipes accurately to ensure consistency in product quality.
- Prepare doughs and batters according to specifications for a variety of baked items.
- Bake a range of products including bread, pastries, and other baked goods, ensuring proper timing and temperature control.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Manage food safety protocols diligently to ensure all products meet health regulations.
- Contribute to high-volume production processes while maintaining quality standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in baking, preferably in a high-volume production setting.
- Knowledge of operating commercial kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, proofers, and other baking tools.

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
