Clinical Onboarding Coordinator
Full-Time, Remote (United States Based)
Job Summary:
The Clinical Onboarding Coordinator is a crucial member of our team responsible for ensuring new customers have a seamless and positive experience as they transition to our software platform. This role involves guiding customers through the onboarding process, conducting virtual training sessions and providing continuous support during their initial setup and integration period. The Clinical Onboarding Coordinator will also develop onboarding materials, collaborate with internal teams to address any issues and track progress to identify opportunities for improvement. Strong communication skills, a focus on customer satisfaction and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently are key to success in this role. This position is ideal for a clinician with MDS experience who is passionate about helping other clinicians improve workflow efficiency within the complex SNF reimbursement-compliance and quality reporting process.
Responsibilities:
- Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition to our software
- Conduct virtual training sessions to demonstrate key features and best practices for software use
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new customers during their initial setup and integration
- Follow-up with customers regularly to assess progress, provide guidance and answer any questions
- Develop & refine onboarding materials, including documentation, to support customer self-sufficiency
- Collaborate with the product and support teams to address any onboarding issues or recurring requests
- Track onboarding progress to identify common customer challenges and recommend improvements
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions & document recurring issues or feature requests
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in MDS 3.0, Medicaid Case-Mix Index (CMI), Medicare PDPM and Quality Reporting is required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct effective virtual training sessions
- Experience with customer onboarding and support
- Proficiency in using software platforms and tools
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Position will report directly to the SVP of Clinical Solutions
