Job Details:
On-Site Location: Knoxville GSV Office / MyVenue Office
Working Hours: 8 hours per day, 5 days in office
As FP&A Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial visibility, operational discipline, and strategic decision‑making across the business. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will own the company’s financial planning framework, lead performance analysis, and deliver actionable insights that support accelerated growth, margin optimization, and long‑term value creation aligned with our investment priorities.
Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning: Own budgeting and forecasting across Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow with accuracy and strategic alignment.
- Drive analysis & insights: Consolidate and validate financial/operational data to support decision-making and business performance.
- Deliver KPI reporting: Develop dashboards and metrics that provide visibility into revenue, costs, and operational drivers.
- Enhance stakeholder reporting: Manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly packages for leadership and Family Office, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Streamline workflows & partner cross-functionally: Automate reporting processes, maintain BI tools/models, and serve as the go-to partner for timely, data-driven insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting
Essential Experience
- 3–7 years of FP&A or strategic finance experience, with a strong background in SaaS, POS, fintech, or other innovative technology businesses.
- Hands-on experience driving budgeting, forecasting, and modeling across all core financial statements.
- Analytical expertise in extracting, consolidating, and interpreting data across financial and operational systems.
- KPI & reporting skills with a track record of building dashboards and frameworks that drive leadership insights.
- Technical proficiency in Excel, BI tools (Power BI, Sigma, Tableau, Looker), and PowerPoint for executive presentations.
- Process improvement experience streamlining and automating workflows to boost reporting speed, accuracy, and scalability.
