Description:
We are seeking a Project Manager for Learning and Development with strong expertise in tracking and reporting project progress. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing multiple projects, creating Gantt charts, and compiling comprehensive reports to support strategic decision-making within the L&D environment.
This position reports to the Associate Director of Learning and Development, ensuring strategic alignment and effective project management.
- In this project management role, the candidate will be tasked with monitoring our team's work across various projects, ensuring timelines are adhered to and objectives are met.
- They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate effective communication and collaboration, identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
- This role requires proficiency in utilizing project management tools to enhance project execution and reporting processes including but not limited to Jira.
- The candidate will be responsible for preparing weekly Learning and Development reports, including detailed Gantt charts to visualize project timelines and milestones.
- They will also coordinate and compile quarterly reports to provide insights into project progress and outcomes, ensuring alignment with the strategic goals of the L&D team.
- Strong organizational skills are crucial, as the candidate will regularly update the Associate Director of Learning and Development on project progress.
