Required Skills and Experience:
- 2 years of client-facing application support experience.
- Technical troubleshooting skills (Phone/Email/Chat).
- Proficiency in Salesforce (CRM) and MS Office.
- Knowledge of Windows Server, SQL, and BusinessObjects.
