Bartender / Server – Mythos Greek Bistro (St. Petersburg, FL)
Location: Central Ave, St. Pete
Job Type: Part-Time or Full-Time (Evenings & Weekends Preferred)
Mythos Greek Bistro is a new, locally owned restaurant concept opening on Central Avenue. We’re bringing authentic Greek flavors and a lively hospitality environment to St. Pete — not a franchise, not corporate, but a serious team-focused workplace where professionalism matters.
We’re hiring a Bartender/Server who can thrive in a fast-paced dining environment and help us build a strong reputation from day one.
What You’ll Do
- Greet and serve guests with professionalism, accuracy, and genuine hospitality
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, and beer consistently and responsibly
- Take orders quickly and accurately using our POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized bar and service station
- Assist the dining room during busy hours
- Follow all food safety and alcohol guidelines
- Work closely with the chef and management team
- Obtain a Food Handler Certification (paid for by the restaurant)
- Submit a short cover letter telling us about yourself and why you’re applying (recommended)

- Experience in bartending and/or serving
- Confident, calm, and efficient under pressure
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Cleanliness and attention to detail

- Availability for evenings, weekends, and busy shifts
